call routing（电话/呼叫路由）：指在电话系统、呼叫中心或 VoIP 网络中，按照预设规则把来电分配到特定的号码、分机、坐席、队列或语音菜单（IVR）的过程与机制。常见目标包括缩短等待时间、把电话转给合适的部门、实现分时段/按地区/按技能分配等。（在某些语境下也可泛指“呼叫转接策略”。）
